We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing Executive – Meta & Google Ads Specialist | GoGreater

If you understand ad objectives, A/B testing, targeting layers, lookalike audiences, and ROAS like the back of your hand, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Running and optimizing

  Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

  and

  Google Ads

  across multiple brands and verticals
• Creating, managing, and scaling

  performance-driven campaigns

  – from lead generation to e-commerce
• Working closely with the content and design teams to test and iterate

  ad creatives & messaging

• Tracking KPIs, generating reports, and making

  data-backed decisions

• Staying updated on platform changes and

  algorithm shifts

  that impact ad performance

YouMustHave:

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience

  in Meta and Google paid advertising
• Proven track record of managing real client budgets (₹50K+ monthly minimum)
• Knowledge of campaign types: lead gen, traffic, sales, remarketing, awareness, app install, etc.
• Working knowledge of

  Google Analytics, Tag Manager, UTM tracking,

  and pixel setup
• Comfortable communicating campaign performance and strategy in

  clear English & Hindi

  with ability to generate reports for our clients

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience with

  LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, or programmatic advertising

• Basic understanding of landing page funnels and CRO
• Certifications (Meta Blueprint, Google Skillshop)
