hands-on Digital Marketing Executive

Role Description

• Plan and manage

  daily social media content

  (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X).
• Create and maintain a

  monthly content calendar

  aligned with product launches and campaigns.
• Run

  email campaigns

  and automations in Klaviyo (welcome, abandoned cart, sale flows, upsell, cross sells).
• Handle

  PushOwl notifications

  for promotions, launches, and retargeting.
• Coordinate

  influencer outreach & UGC content

  (seeding, tracking, reposting).
• Write or manage

  SEO blogs

  to improve organic traffic, outreach other blogs, review/tech blogs etc. for promotions.
• Plan and build affiliate marketing structure from scratch.
• Prepare

  weekly performance reports

  on social, email, push, and web analytics.
• Collaborate with creative team, production team and performance marketing team to align goals.
• Tools you'll work with: Klaviyo, PushOwl, Meta Business Suite - Instagram, Facebook, Google Analytics, Shopify, Reddit, Medium, Tiktok etc.

You’ll be responsible for driving measurable growth in engagement, traffic, and conversions across Cybeart’s owned channels.

Qualifications

• Have

  2–4 years

  in digital marketing for a D2C, tech, or lifestyle brand.
• Are fluent in

  social media, email tools (Klaviyo/Mailchimp), PushOwl

  , and analytics.
• Can write sharp copy and understand brand tone.
• Are comfortable working

  independently

  without large team support.
• Love gaming, design, and building a premium brand from India for the world.
