We’re expanding fast and looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive who can take ownership of all digital channels - from social media to email, push notifications, and influencer coordination (a chance to work with world's best influencers, actors, cricketers etc.) - to help scale Cybeart’s global presence. Role Description Plan and manage daily social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X). Create and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with product launches and campaigns. Run email campaigns and automations in Klaviyo (welcome, abandoned cart, sale flows, upsell, cross sells). Handle PushOwl notifications for promotions, launches, and retargeting. Coordinate influencer outreach & UGC content (seeding, tracking, reposting). Write or manage SEO blogs to improve organic traffic, outreach other blogs, review/tech blogs etc. for promotions. Plan and build affiliate marketing structure from scratch. Prepare weekly performance reports on social, email, push, and web analytics. Collaborate with creative team, production team and performance marketing team to align goals. Tools you'll work with: Klaviyo, PushOwl, Meta Business Suite - Instagram, Facebook, Google Analytics, Shopify, Reddit, Medium, Tiktok etc. You’ll be responsible for driving measurable growth in engagement, traffic, and conversions across Cybeart’s owned channels. Qualifications Have 2–4 years in digital marketing for a D2C, tech, or lifestyle brand. Are fluent in social media, email tools (Klaviyo/Mailchimp), PushOwl , and analytics. Can write sharp copy and understand brand tone. Are comfortable working independently without large team support. Love gaming, design, and building a premium brand from India for the world. Be the first line of communication for Cybeart’s customers - ensuring quick, professional replies and helping build the foundation for a world-class customer experience process. Role Description Respond to customer queries across email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and marketplaces (Shopify/Amazon) . Track all tickets daily and ensure every message gets a reply within 24 hours. Maintain a customer issue log and share weekly reports with management. Coordinate with the warehouse for replacements or tracking updates. Work with Marketing to collect customer reviews and testimonials. Support creation of FAQs and standard reply templates to speed up responses. Suggest ideas for improving service, loyalty, and win-back strategies. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience with Customer Service Have good written and spoken English (clear and polite communication). Are comfortable writing short, professional messages and emails. Are well-organized and can follow up on pending issues. Have basic knowledge of Shopify, Gmail, Google Sheets or Excel (training will be provided). Are proactive and want to grow with a global brand.
