Role Overview: As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns on various platforms like Google Ads, social media, and email marketing. Your responsibilities will include developing and optimizing content for digital channels to ensure alignment with the company's brand and messaging. You will also be tasked with scheduling and posting content on social media platforms, engaging with followers, and analyzing social media performance. Additionally, you will support the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and performance tracking. Conducting keyword research and on-page optimization to enhance organic search rankings, as well as monitoring website traffic, will be part of your routine tasks. Managing ad budgets, monitoring spending, and analyzing campaign performance to maximize return on investment (ROI) will be essential aspects of your role. You will be expected to conduct research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitors, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive marketing materials and brainstorm innovative strategies. Remaining updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital marketing through webinars, conferences, and courses is imperative. Engaging with customers on digital channels to address queries and concerns, as well as fostering a positive online brand presence, will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will ensure that all marketing activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred. - At least 1 year of experience in SEO and digital marketing. Additional Details: - This is a full-time position requiring your presence from Monday to Friday in Pune, Maharashtra. - The expected start date for this position is 07/07/2025.,
