As a CRE, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing customer interactions, and ensuring a smooth post-sales journey. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the showroom. Explain product features, specifications, and benefits of Simple Energy two-wheelers. Handle test ride scheduling and customer feedback. Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication for queries and updates. Manage customer documentation and support in delivery coordination. Resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally and effectively. Coordinate with the service and delivery team for seamless customer experience. Maintain customer records and update CRM software regularly. Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred (Any discipline). 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or automotive industry preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Tamil and basic English; knowledge of other languages is a plus. Passion for electric vehicles and sustainable mobility. Customer-centric approach and problem-solving skills.
