Sales Executive – Simple Energy

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom with professionalism.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable electric vehicle models.
• Conduct product demonstrations and accompany customers on test drives.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, warranty details, and finance options clearly.
• Negotiate prices and close sales in line with company policies and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation and customer records.
• Coordinate with finance and insurance teams to support customers through the purchase process.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers to generate repeat and referral business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
• Stay informed about new vehicle models, features, and current market trends.
• Ensure the showroom and display vehicles are always maintained in a clean and presentable condition.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
• Customer-focused approach with a professional demeanor.
• Good understanding of automobiles and financing options.
• Ability to perform under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
