Two wheeler Service Technician

You will be joining Suryaprakash Motors, an authorized dealer for Simple Energy, a rapidly growing electric vehicle brand in India. Your role will involve diagnosing, servicing, and repairing Simple Energy electric scooters. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance to ensure the vehicles meet quality standards. Efficiently handling electrical and mechanical troubleshooting will be a key aspect of your job. Additionally, you will assist in vehicle delivery inspections, post-service checks, maintain service records, and comply with workshop protocols. Providing excellent customer support and explaining service details when necessary are also part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with the service manager and adherence to safety standards are crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose, service, and repair Simple Energy electric scooters. - Perform routine maintenance to ensure vehicles meet quality standards. - Efficiently handle electrical and mechanical troubleshooting. - Assist in vehicle delivery inspections and post-service checks. - Maintain service records and follow workshop protocols. - Provide excellent customer support and explain service details. - Work closely with the service manager and follow safety standards. Qualifications Required: - Good technical knowledge of two-wheelers (EV experience preferred). - Ability to diagnose electrical & mechanical issues. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Basic understanding of EV systems is a plus. - Team player with good communication skills.
