Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing professional to manage and execute online marketing strategies for our construction company. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in promoting construction, real estate, or infrastructure projects through various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote construction projects.

Run paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Manage campaign budgets and track ROI.

2. Social Media Management

Create and execute monthly content calendars for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube.

Increase brand engagement, followers, and lead generation through targeted posts.

Handle community engagement and query management.

3. SEO & Website Management

Perform On-Page and Off-Page SEO to improve rankings.

Optimize website landing pages for construction project listings.

Coordinate with developers for website updates, speed improvements, and content uploads.

4. Content Creation & Branding

Write and edit content for blogs, project descriptions, ads, and social media.

Coordinate with designers for banners, reels, project videos, and marketing creatives.

Maintain consistent branding across all digital channels.

5. Lead Generation & CRM Management

Run targeted lead-generation campaigns for residential/commercial projects.

Manage leads through CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, PropTiger, MagicBricks, 99acres, etc.

Analyze lead quality and recommend optimization strategies.

6. Analytics & Reporting

Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite.

Prepare reports on campaign results, website traffic, and lead conversions.

Suggest improvements based on data insights.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,869.59 - ₹50,000.00 per month
