We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This dynamic role blends paid media strategy, SEO with a focus on backlink building, and social media marketing with a core objective of generating and converting high-quality leads. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on digital marketer with proven expertise in managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). You should have a strong command of SEO best practices and the ability to drive measurable growth through smart, data-driven campaigns. Beyond lead generation, you’ll play a key role in nurturing and converting leads into customers, making your work central to our overall business success. Key Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns focused on lead generation and ROI. Conduct keyword research , audience targeting, A/B testing, and detailed ad performance analysis. Implement a strong SEO strategy with an emphasis on backlink acquisition and on-page optimization using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console. Design and execute social media marketing strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn in collaboration with the content team. Analyze social engagement and campaign metrics to ensure brand consistency and audience growth. Manage lead qualification, nurturing, and direct conversion through timely follow-ups Job Location: Noida Sec - 62 Salary upto - 25k
