Position: Digital Marketing Executive Location: Sector 62 Noida Department: Marketing About Catseye Group: Catseye Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive with more than 1 year of experience to strengthen our brand presence and drive qualified lead generation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running digital campaigns, social media management, and performance marketing. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management – Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Paid Campaigns – Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid marketing campaigns. Content Creation – Develop creative posts, blogs, videos, and promotional materials aligned with brand guidelines. Email Marketing – Design and send targeted email campaigns to engage and retain customers. Analytics & Reporting – Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and prepare monthly reports. Market Research – Track competitors and industry trends to recommend new strategies. Brand Building – Maintain a consistent brand voice and image across all digital channels. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Proven experience in digital marketing (minimum 1–2 years preferred). Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, and social media platforms. Proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software (preferred). Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills. Salary & Benefits: Basic Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 (depending on experience & skills).
