📢 Job Opening: Lead Generation Executive (Night Shift) 📍 Location: Sector 62, Noida – Noida One Building 🕗 Shift Timings: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Monday to Friday) 🛌 Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday 🏢 Work Type: Work From Office 💰 Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month + Attractive Incentives ⸻ About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Lead Generation Executives to join our dynamic team. As part of the lead generation process, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers and generating qualified leads. For every lead that gets converted into a client/sale, you will be eligible for monthly incentives. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls or use other channels (email, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate leads. • Identify potential customers and gather relevant information. • Maintain and update the database with accurate customer details. • Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead conversion. • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management. • Follow up on generated leads and maintain consistent communication. ⸻ Requirements: • Good communication skills (English preferred). • Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills. • Previous experience in lead generation or telecalling is a plus. • Willingness to work night shifts (8 PM – 5 AM). • Goal-oriented and result-driven. ⸻ What We Offer: • Fixed salary up to ₹25,000 per month. • Attractive monthly incentives on every converted lead. • Fixed Saturday & Sunday off. • Supportive work environment and growth opportunities. ⸻ Interested?
