Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) who will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and project developers, and closing high-value deals. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach new B2B leads (architects, interior designers, builders, developers, institutions). Build strategic relationships with key decision-makers to generate repeat business. Drive showroom footfall through collaborations, site visits, and referral networks. Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design and production teams to deliver tailored solutions. Meet monthly sales targets and prepare reports on business development performance. Represent Innokit at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry networking events. Explore opportunities in new verticals or markets (hospitality, offices, commercial spaces). Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales in modular furniture, interior design, or real estate . Strong existing network with architects and designers is a major advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand technical drawings, modular layouts, and design briefs. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
