Job Summary:

We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. If you enjoy visual storytelling and have a flair for crafting engaging, attention-grabbing content, this role is for you. You'll play a key role in shaping our digital presence through eye-catching posters and curiosity-driven campaigns.

Job Description:

Design engaging and visually appealing posters using Canva, aligned with brand tone and campaign goals
Create Mass Communication Bites (MCBs) — posters with a surprise or curiosity element to attract attention.
Handle updates and basic content management for the e-commerce website (product info, banners, offers, etc.).
Plan and schedule content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
Write catchy captions and marketing copy to complement visuals and boost engagement.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather content ideas and ensure aligned messaging.
Track performance of posts and campaigns using basic tools like Meta Ads Manager or Google Analytics.

Skills Required:

Strong sense of design and storytelling through visuals.
Creativity in poster design and content teasing (MCB).
Basic design tool knowledge (e.g., Canva, Indiamart, etc.).
Good understanding of digital platforms and online trends.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

Digital marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
Canva: 1 year (Preferred)
