Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products or services. This role plays a major part in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space and driving website traffic and acquiring leads/custome Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels (Google Ads, social media, email, SEO/SEM, display advertising). Manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, etc. Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports. Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Work with external agencies when necesssary Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing or related field. Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices. Experience in SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments. Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas). Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints is a plus. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Preferred Skills: Proficiency in marketing software (Google Analytics, HubSpot, CRM tools, etc.) Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot Inbound Marketing is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail.
