Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities (KRAs): Client Coordination & Internal Communication: Act as a communication bridge between clients (existing & new) and internal teams (designers, developers, SEO, copywriters). Ensure all tasks and deliverables are properly assigned and executed as per the client’s expectations. Social Media Management: Handle end-to-end execution of social media for 5–6 clients. Prepare content calendars, coordinate for creatives, take client approvals, schedule posts, and manage content publishing. Analyze monthly performance and prepare detailed reports to share with clients. Lead Generation & Prospect Database: Maintain and update a list of potential clients and leads for the studio. Work closely with the leadership team to plan outreach and conversion strategy. Client Relationship & Work Management: Stay in constant touch with existing clients via regular update calls. Ensure timely delivery of work, address minor issues, and escalate if needed. Paid Campaigns & Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other media like WhatsApp marketing, Emailers, etc. Monitor ad budgets, performance metrics, and conversion tracking. Video Production Participation: Be open to appearing in front of the camera for studio promotional videos, reels, and campaigns. Coordinate video shoots, script briefings, and basic content ideas with the team. SEO Handling: Manage and monitor SEO activities for the BlackBuck website and selected client websites. Coordinate with technical and content teams to implement SEO strategies effectively.
