Job Overview:

Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
• Create, schedule, and optimize content for social media, email marketing, and blogs.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics (traffic, leads, conversions, CAC, etc.).
• Collaborate with sales and tech teams to align marketing goals with business objectives.
• Manage marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot (or alternatives), etc.
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and algorithms to maintain competitiveness.
• Drive growth through influencer marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and lead funnel optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and analytics tools.
• Ability to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
