🛠 Responsibilities:

• Regular on-field visits to

  real estate agents

  property builders

  owners

  to establish and maintain strong partnerships.
• Onboard and verify new

  properties

  (buy/rent) to the 360Property platform.
• Handle on-site

  customer meetings

  , site visits, and deal closures.
• Maintain clear records of field visits, property details, and client interactions.
• Coordinate with the internal sales/support team to ensure a smooth service experience.
• Build and strengthen relationships to grow the 360Property network locally.

💼 Requirements:

• Must be

  based in Delhi-NCR

  and ready for daily field visits.
• Minimum 3

  year of field experience

  in real estate or a related domain preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Must have a

  two-wheeler

• Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven.

💰 Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary:

  ₹20,000/month

• Travel Allowance

• Performance Bonus:

  Attractive percentage per successful deal (buy/rent)
