Job Summary

Client Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Lead weekly and monthly status calls, reviews, and planning discussions
  • Build strong, long-term professional relationships with client stakeholders
  • Clearly communicate timelines, priorities, deliverables, and expectations

Delivery & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Own delivery across multiple clients and digital marketing services
  • Translate client goals and requirements into structured execution plans
  • Coordinate work across SEO, paid media, content, social media, design, and development teams
  • Manage priorities, dependencies, and timelines across multiple accounts
  • Ensure all deliverables meet defined scope, quality standards, and agreed timelines

Escalation & Risk Management

  • Act as the first point of escalation for delivery or client-related issues
  • Identify risks early and drive timely resolution
  • Maintain client confidence through proactive communication and effective problem-solving

Team Guidance & Quality Control

  • Guide and mentor delivery teams using strong digital marketing expertise
  • Review work quality and provide constructive feedback when required
  • Support teams in prioritization, planning, and execution decisions

Process & Operational Improvement

  • Continuously improve delivery workflows, communication processes, and handoffs
  • Partner with Business Development to ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance delivery operations and scalability

Qualifications & Experience

  • 6 to 10 years of experience in digital marketing delivery, account management, or agency operations
  • Strong hands-on experience across SEO, paid advertising, content, social media, and web projects
  • Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or professional services environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to guide and mentor teams using practical digital marketing knowledge
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with US-based clients and overlapping time zones
