Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, and be able to assist with integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, SEO/SEM, and display advertising. Assist in content creation for social media, blogs, newsletters, and website updates. Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence, scheduling posts and monitoring engagement. Track and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM platforms. Collaborate with designers, developers, and other internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Maintain digital marketing calendars and assist in organizing promotional events or campaigns. Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.). Optimize content for SEO and paid search performance. Maintain digital assets including image libraries, campaign files, and marketing collateral. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role. Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media best practices. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Canva/Photoshop, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
