Key Responsibilities


Digital Marketing Operations


Website Development & Management


  1. Build, update, and maintain websites (preferably in WordPress/WooCommerce, Wix, Webflow, or similar platforms).
  2. Ensure websites are SEO-friendly, responsive, and optimized for conversions.
  3. Coordinate with designers/content creators to deliver high-quality web projects.


Search Engine Optimization (SEO)


  1. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
  2. Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  3. Track performance with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.


Social Media Management


  1. Create, schedule, and manage posts across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube).
  2. Develop engagement strategies and run paid campaigns when required.
  3. Monitor insights and prepare monthly reports.


Business Development & Client Interaction


  1. Identify and research potential leads through online tools, platforms, and industry networks.
  2. Make cold/warm calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.
  3. Schedule and conduct meetings with prospects (online/offline).
  4. Deliver professional presentations and service demonstrations.
  5. Work with management to prepare proposals, quotations, and marketing strategies.
  6. Negotiate and close deals while maintaining strong client relationships.


Internal Support


  1. Act as a bridge between the digital marketing team and clients.
  2. Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and process improvements.
  3. Assist in creating case studies, portfolios, and client reports.

Qualifications & Experience


  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  2. One - Two years of experience in digital marketing with exposure to client-facing/business development roles.
