Our mission is to enable visually impaired students from underserved communities to become confident, independent, and globally capable professionals.

We work towards bridging the gap between education and employment by providing hands-on training, internships, counselling, and workplace readiness programs.

About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Outreach Executive who is passionate about social impact and communication. This role will help strengthen Aesthesis Foundation’s digital presence, increase awareness, and connect more visually impaired students, donors, partners, and volunteers to our mission.

You will work closely with the leadership team to share our stories, build engagement, and generate meaningful support for our programs.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Communication

Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Create engaging content (posts, reels, campaigns, stories, newsletters)

Maintain and update the website with programs, student stories, and events

Run basic digital campaigns to drive visibility and enquiries

Improve SEO and online reach

Outreach & Lead Generation

Identify potential donors, CSR partners, trainers, and volunteers online

Communicate Aesthesis’ mission and programs to interested leads

Support fundraising, enrolment, and partnership campaigns

Maintain lead records and follow-ups

Reporting & Coordination

Track campaign performance and engagement

Prepare simple reports on digital reach, leads, and conversions

Work with trainers, counsellors, and leadership for campaign alignment

Requirements

1–3 years experience in digital marketing, communications, or outreach

Knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and basic SEO

Good communication skills (written & verbal)

Comfortable working with social impact and education-based programs

Basic knowledge of MS Office, Canva, or similar tools is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
