Role Summary: We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience in Meta & Google Ads , Email Marketing , and LinkedIn Campaigns . The ideal candidate will focus on lead generation, campaign performance, and brand visibility across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Performance Marketing Plan, create, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. Monitor KPIs: CPC, CTR, ROI, Conversion Rate. Run A/B tests and manage retargeting campaigns. Email Marketing Design and execute email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc. Segment lists, personalize content, and monitor engagement. LinkedIn Marketing Manage LinkedIn Ads : Sponsored posts, InMail, Lead Gen Forms. Support LinkedIn outreach and content planning for lead generation. Analytics & Reporting Use Google Analytics , Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Track UTM links, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements. Skills Required: Strong hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads Proficiency in Email Marketing tools (Mailchimp, etc.) Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager Good understanding of targeting, lead funnels, and campaign optimization Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus Strong analytical and reporting skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Morning shift Work Location: In person
