Digital Marketer

Role Summary:

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience in Meta & Google Ads, Email Marketing, and LinkedIn Campaigns. The ideal candidate will focus on lead generation, campaign performance, and brand visibility across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing

• Plan, create, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
• Monitor KPIs: CPC, CTR, ROI, Conversion Rate.
• Run A/B tests and manage retargeting campaigns.

Email Marketing

• Design and execute email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc.
• Segment lists, personalize content, and monitor engagement.

LinkedIn Marketing

• Manage LinkedIn Ads: Sponsored posts, InMail, Lead Gen Forms.
• Support LinkedIn outreach and content planning for lead generation.

Analytics & Reporting

• Use Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Track UTM links, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements.

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads
• Proficiency in Email Marketing tools (Mailchimp, etc.)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Good understanding of targeting, lead funnels, and campaign optimization
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus
• Strong analytical and reporting skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
