Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, YouTube, Email Marketing).
• Manage Enerzi’s digital properties – website, LinkedIn pages, YouTube channels (Signal Sensei, Enerzi, NariUdyami).
• Publish posts, carousels, videos, and technical content consistently.
• Optimize SEO for industrial microwave systems, hydrogen tech, and nanocarbon solutions.
• Track performance metrics, campaign ROI, and analytics dashboards.

Lead Generation

• Identify B2B prospects in

  rubber factories, foundries, food processing, composites, ceramics, battery material manufacturing

  , etc.
• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other tools.
• Execute outreach (email + LinkedIn + cold reach-outs).
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule sales calls.
• Support the sales team with pitch decks, brochures, and sales materials.

Content Creation

• Work with the founder to create deeptech-friendly content for social media.
• Draft industry insights, posts, newsletters, reels, and case studies.
• Assist in designing basic creatives, presentations, and marketing collateral.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Lead Generation (B2B preferred).
• Strong command of LinkedIn marketing and B2B lead generation funnels.
• Basic design skills (Canva or similar).
• Good understanding of industrial/technology sectors (engineering background is a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn deeptech concepts.

Good to Have

• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot / Zoho).
• SEO keyword strategy for technical products.
• Understanding of hydrogen ecosystem, materials science, or industrial machinery.
