Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role supporting the Founder and senior leadership at Enerzi. This role is designed for someone who is: · A multi-tasker, · Highly disciplined, · Operationally strong, · Excellent at managing relationships across investors, vendors, partners, government bodies, and strategic stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who sees themselves growing into a future leadership position , with deep exposure to strategy, operations, engineering-driven businesses, and organizational growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Work closely with the Founder & MD on high-impact strategic initiatives. 2. Coordinate external meetings, investor interactions, and stakeholder engagements. 3. Prepare briefs, document key takeaways, and follow up on strategic action items. 4. Support cross-functional teams (engineering, finance, admin, production) with analytical and quantitative tasks. 5. Facilitate rollout of new systems such as, HRMS, Payroll, Accounting, Software etc 6. Monitor progress on weekly KPIs and strategic dashboards. 7. Assist in ensuring compliance with corporate, regulatory, and operational standards. 8. Coordinate documentation, reporting, and internal governance reviews. 9. Drive complex projects to timely completion while coordinating across multiple internal and external stakeholders. 10. Strengthen vendor and partner relationships through proactive communication. Qualifications: 1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar Founders Office role 2. Strong business acumen, problem-solving ability, and analytical mindset. 3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English mandatory; Hindi/Kannada a plus). 4. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and execute with speed and accuracy. 5. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred. 6. Strong financial analysis skills and comfort working with data. 7. Passion for innovation, industrial technology, and organisational growth.
