We’re looking for a passionate and performance-driven Digital Marketer to join our growing team and help us create meaningful online experiences for our clients.

About the Role

As a Digital Marketer, you’ll play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You’ll collaborate with our creative, content, and technical teams to ensure every campaign delivers measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (PPC, social ads, remarketing, etc.) to maximize ROI.
  • Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic visibility.
  • Plan and run email marketing and automation campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or GoHighLevel.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Data Studio, and prepare performance reports.
  • Work with the design and content teams to create engaging ad copies, landing pages, and social media content.
  • Manage social media marketing, including planning calendars, posting, and community engagement.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and new technologies to ensure best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
  • Excellent understanding of social media strategy and audience targeting.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • A creative mindset with a focus on performance and results.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, or TikTok marketing.
  • Knowledge of content marketing and copywriting.
  • Basic understanding of WordPress, Shopify, or landing page builders (Elementor, Webflow, etc.).
  • Certification in Google Ads, Analytics, or Meta Blueprint.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,282.38 - ₹33,361.96 per month
