We are expanding our digital presence and seeking a dynamic professional to drive sales, lead generation, and online campaigns across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Sales Support Generate qualified leads through digital campaigns and marketing funnels. Follow-up and coordinate with telecallers/sales team to ensure lead conversion. Build strategies to achieve monthly targets. Digital Marketing & Campaign Management Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid campaigns. Optimize campaigns for ROI, CPC, CPL, and conversions. Handle A/B testing of creatives, audience targeting, and budget allocation. Analytics & Reporting Track campaign performance with tools like Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, etc. Provide weekly/monthly reports on leads, conversions, and ROI. Suggest improvements based on data-driven insights. Collaboration Work with the clinic’s marketing team to design creatives and campaigns. Coordinate with sales and operations to ensure smooth flow of leads.
