Job Title: Digital Lead Conversion Specialist

Department: Business Development

Location: Vashi Navi Mumbai

Experience: 0 4 Years (Freshers with strong communication can be

considered)

Role Overview

The Digital Lead Conversion Specialist is responsible for engaging with warm online leads generated through digital channels such as Google, Facebook, and other online platforms. These leads have already shown interest by submitting their details and OTP verification The role requires understanding the clients investment/trading interest, educating them about our offerings, and converting qualified leads into Demat account openings through structured, consultative conversations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Engagement & Client Interaction

Contact assigned online leads within defined TAT.

Engage clients professionally to understand their investment or trading interests. Conduct need-based discussions instead of generic sales pitching.

2. Client Profiling & Requirement Analysis

Identify client type: Investor / Trader / Intraday / Options / Commodity.

Understand risk appetite, experience level, and trading frequency.

Recommend suitable products aligned with client needs.

3. Product Explanation & Value Communication

Explain Demat & Trading account features, brokerage, platforms, and services.Highlight value propositions and differentiate from competitors. Address client queries and objections confidently.

4. Conversion & Account Opening

Convince interested clients to open Demat accounts.

Assist clients through KYC and onboarding process.

Ensure accurate documentation and smooth account opening.

5. Follow-ups & Lead Nurturing

Perform structured follow-ups for interested but pending leads.

Update CRM with accurate remarks and lead status.

Ensure no qualified lead is left unattended.

6. Process & Compliance Adherence

Follow internal processes, compliance guidelines, and regulatory norms. Avoid mis-selling, false commitments, or incorrect information.Maintain transparency in all client communications.

7. Quality & Performance Contribution

Maintain high call quality and professional conduct.

Focus on quality sourcing and long-term client retention.

Support revenue generation through effective conversions.

Skills & Competencies

Strong verbal communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)

Ability to understand financial products quickly

Convincing and consultative selling approach

Client-centric mindset

Basic understanding of capital markets (preferred)

Comfortable with calling, CRM systems, and follow-ups

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline

Certification or exposure to financial markets is an added advantageRole & responsibilities
