Digital Journalist cum Team Lead - Digital Media

JOB LOCATION             Ahmedabad

QUALIFICATIONS         Bachelor or Master in Mass Communication & Journalism or relevant qualification may be from Political science, Sociology, social work background having relevant work experience.  

EXPERIENCE                   5-8 years

CTC RANGE                     Between 45 to 65 K per month

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED

·       Hands on work experience to manage digital media platforms

·       Excellent knowledge of journalism concepts & ethics

·       Excellent command over English & Gujarati content writing

·       Research & analysis

·       New concept ideation – Innovation skill

·       Team handling & Collaborative skill

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position is overall responsible to manage and achieve daily deliverables of digital media function in the organization.

·       Digital media & content strategy

·       Digital media platforms management

·       Content | Copy writing & editing

·       News | Story writing

·       Advertorial content writing

·       Periodic growth analytics of digital platforms, documentation & management reporting.

·       Team – Shift deliverables management

·       Team – training, motivation & development

·       Facilitate marketing efforts and support core sales team pertaining to digital media function

·       Marketing campaign management on digital platforms

·       Marketing campaign analytics & presentation
