Digital Instructional Designer

As an innovative Learning Designer at our company, your role will involve developing engaging and high-quality multimedia digital learning content to enhance user experience and align with learning objectives and organizational goals. You will apply adult learning theories and integrate emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning to personalize and enhance learning experiences. Your key responsibilities include: - Developing eLearning modules, interactive videos, simulations, and assessments - Creating instructional graphics and visual support materials - Collaborating with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to ensure content relevance and accuracy - Working with technology teams to launch new digital assets and integrate learning platforms with organizational systems - Advising HR and business colleagues on the availability of learning assets and completion data - Maintaining design templates and an inventory of digital learning assets - Reviewing digital learning materials on the Learning Management System (LMS) for quality and consistency - Staying current with advancements in educational technology and identifying new tools to improve learning solutions - Monitoring learner performance and feedback to continuously improve learning materials and strategies - Analyzing learner data and refining instructional designs based on insights - Experimenting with new formats and delivery methods to drive learning innovation To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (a Master's degree is a plus) - 5+ years of experience in digital learning design, instructional design, or graphic design - Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools and design software - Hands-on experience with AI-driven tools and emerging learning technologies - Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) - Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript for interactive content design Desired skills include creative problem-solving, innovative thinking, critical thinking, project management, and collaboration.
