Digital Instructional Designer

As an experienced Digital Learning Designer, you will be responsible for developing engaging and high-quality multimedia digital learning content. You will utilize adult learning theories to create digital learning experiences that align with organizational goals. Your role will involve collaborating closely with subject matter experts, L&D Manager, and other stakeholders to ensure content relevance and accuracy. Additionally, you will work with technology teams to integrate new digital assets and improve existing learning content. Your key responsibilities will include creating instructional graphics, developing user-centered learning experiences, and integrating emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning to personalize learning experiences. You will also be involved in designing learning modules for various delivery methods, maintaining design templates, and reviewing digital learning materials on the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure a consistent online learning experience. In this role, you will stay up to date with advancements in educational technology and evaluate new tools that can enhance learning solutions. Implementing AI-driven solutions to improve learner engagement and adaptability will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. You will also monitor learner performance and feedback to continuously enhance learning materials and strategies, ensuring that the organization remains at the forefront of learning innovation. To be successful in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A master's degree is considered a plus. You must have at least 5 years of proven experience in digital learning design, instructional design, or a related field. Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools, design software, and knowledge of AI integration within learning environments are essential requirements.
