Digital Infrastructure

Role Overview: As the Digital Infrastructure Manager at CBG, your primary responsibility will be to lead the architecture, deployment, and management of core digital infrastructure across all plant locations and at RCP. You will ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of digital foundations supporting operational applications, data flow, and remote monitoring capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and implementing robust, scalable digital infrastructure to support plant-level systems such as SCADA, PLC, IoT sensors, and Laboratory Information Management System. - Overseeing the installation and configuration of on-prem servers, network switches, and wireless solutions. - Ensuring secure and reliable network connectivity between plants and RCP for uninterrupted data exchange and control. - Monitoring bandwidth, latency, and uptime across locations using appropriate network tools. - Implementing cybersecurity measures in alignment with organizational norms, including firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection. - Maintaining audit-ready logs, backup policies, and recovery plans to safeguard plant infrastructure. - Defining infrastructure standards for CBG plants of varying sizes and collaborating with the data analytics and applications development team to ensure optimal performance of digital tools on deployed infrastructure. - Leading a team of network engineers, IT support technicians, and service providers across regions. - Managing relationships with OEMs, ISPs, and IT vendors. - Developing dashboards for real-time infrastructure health monitoring and reporting key performance indicators related to infrastructure uptime, incident response time, and plant connectivity health. Qualification Required: - B.E. / B.Tech degree. - Hands-on experience in configuring and maintaining routers, switches, firewalls, and servers. - Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and industrial protocols. - Experience in supporting SCADA, IoT, and real-time monitoring systems. - Strong leadership, documentation, and cross-functional coordination skills.,
