Digital Growth & Buyer Intelligence Analyst

(ZoomInfo, Bombora, LinkedIn Campaigns, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Albacross, Leadfeeder)| Internship / Entry-Level | 6 Months | Paid + PPO | Immediate Joiners

Your Mission:

Track who’s searching. Intercept demand. Build viral impact with minimal spend.

We’re hiring a smart, strategic, and tool-driven analyst who knows how to run high-impact, low-budget B2B campaigns using the best platforms available.

You’ll work at the intersection of intent data, paid media, and digital market research to identify and engage companies actively seeking research/data collection partners — especially across Healthcare, B2B, and SaaS sectors.

Your core focus will be on LinkedIn Paid Campaigns, but you’ll also manage Google Search & Display Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) for multi-platform performance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Use ZoomInfo, Bombora, Leadfeeder, and Albacross to identify high-intent accounts across industries

  • Run LinkedIn Paid Campaigns (Sponsored Posts, Lead Gen Forms, ABM retargeting)

  • Launch, monitor, and optimize Google Search & Display Ads

  • Manage Facebook & Instagram Ad Campaigns with conversion-focused targeting

  • Track keyword trends using SEMrush, Google Trends, and build search-to-ad targeting bridges

  • Write scroll-stopping copy and creatives for ads that generate high CTR on lean budgets

  • Analyze ad + visitor data, identify patterns, and suggest budget-shifting optimizations weekly

You’re Ideal If You:

  • Have 6+ months experience managing LinkedIn Campaign Manager

  • Have hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search + Display) and Meta Ads Manager

  • Are comfortable working with ZoomInfo, Bombora, or similar buyer intent tools

  • Can build powerful audience segments, retargeting workflows, and funnel-based messaging

  • Can write sharp, strategic B2B ad copy in English (headlines, descriptions, CTAs)

  • Understand web behavior tools like Albacross / Leadfeeder, and extract value from the data

Educational Background:

  • Degree or coursework in Marketing, Digital Advertising, Business Analytics, or Market Research

  • Bonus: Google Ads / Meta Blueprint / LinkedIn Ads Certifications
