Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital Engagement Intern to support AAOStays’ social media and digital communication efforts. This role focuses on managing online interactions, assisting with daily engagement activities, and supporting brand awareness initiatives across all social media platforms.

This internship is ideal for students or freshers who want hands-on experience in a startup environment and wish to understand how digital engagement and community interaction work in a growing hospitality brand.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and respond to direct messages (DMs) across all social media platforms in a professional manner

Share and circulate social media posts as instructed

Assist in community engagement through comments, replies, and interactions

Support the social media team with daily engagement-related tasks

Coordinate with internal team members for timely posting and responses

Help spread brand awareness through DMs, comments, posts, and interactions

Maintain basic records of engagement activities when required
