Job Description

Lead and manage the operational delivery of website builds for over 100 schools across multiple regions.
Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and QA processes, ensuring consistency and accuracy across sites.
Oversee English content quality; review editorial tone, grammar, messaging clarity and SEO alignment.
Work cross-functionally with content editors, regional marketing teams, heads of school, and vendor partners.
Manage progress tracking via Monday.com and SharePoint, escalating blockers and driving timely resolutions.
Support conversion optimisation by implementing feedback from CRO reports and performance analytics.
Ensure brand consistency across languages, coordinating with Spanish/Portuguese vendors and flagging content risks.
Uphold governance, reporting and project budget processes, attending fortnightly steering meetings and reviews.

Skills, qualifications and experience

5+ years of experience in digital content delivery, editorial operations or multi-site web projects.
Expert command of English with proven editorial judgement and the ability to elevate written content.
Strong project leadership and stakeholder engagement experience, including cross-time zone collaboration.
Familiarity with CMS tools (e.g. Pimcore), project management platforms (e.g. Monday.com), and SEO/CRO tools.
Experience managing content quality across internal and vendor teams, with a clear sense of ownership.
Confident running meetings, tracking deliverables, and pushing for accountability in delivery.
