What would you do?
Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design. Creative design is a process that uses digital and physical design tools and core design training to create comps and final art that bring creative concepts to life for marketing purposes.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate them into the creative process.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement
- Develop innovative concepts and design strategies for a variety of multimedia projects, including branding, advertising, social media, and video production.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality graphic design and motion graphics projects, ensuring they meet brand standards and project requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development, to ensure cohesive and effective visual communication.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on design work What are we looking for?
- Creates\conceptualize layouts, designs and storyboards for TV/radio campaigns, Digital Campaigns (Website, Newsletter, Banner) and Print Campaigns (Flyer, OOH, etc.) in collaboration with the copywriter.
- Conceptualize templates/styles for client brands.
- Provides creative direction and accurate time estimations of design tasks.
- Research graphics trends to apply creative concepts strategically.
- Conceptualize advanced, beautiful and strategically creative comps for different solutions and proposals.
- Pitches concepts clearly and effectively.
- Ensuring the integrity and consistency of the brand.
- Communicates with client to discuss and finalize the design of grids and layouts.
- Responsible for achievement of quality standards for assigned deliverables.
- Makes recommendations for improvements in reports, tools, processes and assigned tasks pertinent to the design capability.
- Negotiate deadline changes when needed due to changes in client requirements.
- Create Visual Approach document as requested by client, including graphic and animation prototypes
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates beautiful & strategically creative solutions.
- Lead and inspire a team of graphic designers and motion graphic designers Roles and Responsibilities:
