This is an exciting role and would entail you to

Content Creation & Design

• Design and produce digital content including videos, motion graphics, images, and branded visuals optimized for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Maintain brand consistency while adapting content to suit evolving digital trends and audience behaviour.
• Respond quickly to news cycles or relevant events to create timely, reactive content when appropriate.

Social Media Engagement

• Develop and execute creative strategies to grow social media presence and increase engagement across platforms.
• Monitor current trends, social media conversations, and world news to create content that is both relevant and impactful.

Podcast Editing & Promotion

• Edit, mix, and produce high-quality podcast episodes with marketing team.
• Create promotional materials such as audiograms, short video clips, graphics, and summaries to boost podcast visibility and listener retention.

Project & Time Management

• Independently manage end-to-end content production processes, from ideation to final delivery.
• Prioritize multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-moving environment

Research & Media File Support

• Create and prepare audio and video files that serve as inputs for research sessions.
• Collaborate with internal research teams to visualize insights and findings in compelling, accessible ways for clients.

This may be the right role for you if you have,

• 7-10 years of professional experience relevant experience as a content creator
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition, Media Encoder, Eleven Labs, Runway
• Experience in creating digital content for a variety of audience, various industries
• Ability to maintain consistency, understand brand personality and content tone
• Ability to communicate the message in simple and beautiful language
• Analytic mindset to explore target markets, customers, and content types
• Experience in creating and publishing new content consistently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as organizational skills
• Skills to get into the details and edit content before publishing
• Understand design and other digital aspects of content development
• Ability to work creatively and efficiently, maintaining high quality and accuracy
• Excellent time management and planning skills to ensure deadlines are met
