Job Description

Responsible to Develop and drive digital-first Collections strategies
Build & scale Next Generation Digital Capabilities using multiple Digital channels (AI Voice Bot, Whatsapp Bot, Interactive videos etc)
Leverage analytics, AI/ML, and data models to segment customers and design differentiated treatment strategies.
Focus on increasing Digital Collections across products
Define differential communication templates, intensity and channels basis BIU Models
Work closely with Marketing , Business Excellence, Operations, Tech to launch & execute multiple Digital campaigns
Define input & output success metrics to measure Impact Analysis for each campaign
Analyse Best Channel to reach out to for each stage of Collections & tracking Channel wise costs at same time
Play a key role in automating Campaign execution
Hands on management of end to end Digital Strategy & execution
Maintain control over processes & regulatory requirements

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any stream + MBA (tier 2/3 college added advantage)
