Digital Category Leader

Role Overview: As a Digital Category Leader at Decathlon Sports India, you will play a critical role in strategically managing and optimizing product categories to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience. Your deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape will be essential in achieving business objectives and maximizing sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategies to drive online sales growth, enhance customer experience, and improve conversion rates. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and market positioning. - Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales side, programs, category sports teams, and supply chain, to achieve business objectives. - Proactively plan and own the category online business case, working closely with business finance and program teams. - Collaborate with Sales Side and Marketing Team to plan and implement effective online marketing campaigns, SEO, and SEM. - Work with Country Sport Teams to optimize the offer, develop commercial policies, and launch new products and promotions. - Partner with the Country Customer Service Team to understand customer sentiments and address customer journey grievances. Qualifications Required: - Master's degree is preferred - 8 - 12 years of experience in category management, preferably in the digital sector - Demonstrated expertise in category management, with strong analytical skills in data analysis and market research - Outstanding communication skills Additional Details: Office Location: Decathlon Anubhava, Bangalore Way of Working: 4 Days work from office,
