As a Digital Category Leader at Decathlon Sports India, your role is crucial in strategically managing and optimizing product categories to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in achieving business objectives and maximizing sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** - **Strategy:** - Develop and execute strategies to drive online sales growth, enhance customer experience, and improve conversion rates. - Stay updated on ecommerce industry trends and customer preferences to recommend innovative strategies and initiatives. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and market positioning. - **Project and Performance Management:** - Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - **PNL + Business Piloting:** - Manage Profit & Loss responsibilities. - **People:** - Recruit and manage the team effectively. - Focus on teammate skills and career development. - Delegate tasks and make decisions based on team performance evaluations. - **Stakeholder Management / Collaborations:** - Proactively plan business strategies and collaborate with various teams for effective execution. - Work closely with Sales Side, Marketing Team, Country Sport Teams, and Customer Service Team to optimize offers, develop commercial policies, and address customer needs. **Profile:** **Qualifications:** - Master's degree preferred - 8 - 12 years of experience in category management, preferably in the digital sector - Demonstrated expertise in category management, strong analytical skills, data analysis, and market research - Outstanding communication skills Join us at Decathlon Anubhava, Bangalore and embrace a way of working that allows for 4 days of work from the office.,
