About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support our digital campaign operations across multiple communication channels. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the ins and outs of campaign execution, audience segmentation, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up and executing campaigns across Push Notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, Emailers, RCS, In-App messaging, and custom HTMLs
• Support the creation and testing of campaign flows and audience segments
• Monitor campaign performance and help prepare weekly reports
• Collaborate with design, content, and tech teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery
• Learn and apply best practices for each channel’s effectiveness and compliance
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for improving engagement

What You’ll Learn:

• End-to-end campaign lifecycle management
• Basics of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Clevertap, NetCore)
• Data-driven decision-making and campaign analytics
• HTML basics for emailers and custom creatives
• Real-world teamwork and project coordination

Requirements:

• Strong interest in digital marketing and customer engagement
• Basic understanding of data and metrics (Excel/Google Sheets proficiency is a plus)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS
• Prior internship or project experience in marketing or analytics
