Responsible to drive manage 12-15 dealers team size to generate Targeted revenue and balancing revenue multiples
Should be able to guide and scale-up New and old Dealers to ensure team KRA achievement
Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis
Responsible for training educating, adding Revenue, Onboarding newly acquired clients
Responsible for all operations, IT, compliance Risk related issues
Responsible to ensure all activities are in adherence as per Compliance Risk
Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with customers to maintain a high level of retention of the existing customer
