As an essential member of Amgen, you will be serving as the Digital Asset Management (DAM) librarian, collaborating with Regulatory Operations, marketing teams, and creative agencies to drive key commercial objectives. Your responsibilities will include evaluating creative file submissions, collaborating with agencies and marketing teams for usage rights, providing art procurement services, managing digital asset packages, overseeing stakeholder meetings, maintaining records, and creating presentation materials. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Evaluate creative file submissions and system metadata of marketing materials to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with licensing requirements. - Collaborate with creative agencies and marketing teams to oversee renegotiation, renewal, and collection of usage rights for marketing materials. - Provide art procurement services in support of marketing initiatives. - Retrieve, validate, and distribute digital asset packages to agencies and marketing teams. - Facilitate stakeholder meetings to ensure adherence to DAM timelines and processes. - Maintain records in Veeva and SharePoint; experience with SharePoint and Veeva Business Admin certification preferred. - Lead Webex/MS Teams meetings, including agenda preparation and accurate documentation of meeting minutes. - Create infographics, presentation materials, and perform technical editing and proofreading of process documentation. **Required Knowledge and Skills:** - Fluent in Veeva PromoMats and RIM. - Proficiency in Veeva DAM systems, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital asset management best practices. - Strong understanding of Veeva workflows, compliance, and regulatory requirements. - Experience in quality control checks, metadata maintenance, and issue resolution. - Detail-oriented with strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - MS Outlook inbox management and structured process documentation development. - Ability to design and run reports using Veeva reporting functionality. **Preferred Knowledge and Skills:** - Bachelors degree in graphic design, visual arts, marketing, or related field. - Minimum of +2 years of experience in marketing, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries. - Understanding of FDA regulations, compliance requirements, and stakeholder management skills.
