Job Description

Role Overview: As the Digital and AI automation specialist, you will play a crucial role at the crossroads of data management, system development, and CRM technology. Your primary focus will be on utilizing AI, automation, and Salesforce capabilities to revolutionize our digital processes. Your responsibilities will include ensuring data integrity, developing innovative solutions to enhance business efficiency, and driving digital transformation. Key Responsibilities: - Design and maintain complex data structures and integrations between SAP and SFDC to guarantee data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility. - Develop and implement AI-powered automation solutions and intelligent agents to streamline business processes and improve data management capabilities. - Create and manage APIs, middleware connections, and custom development solutions to facilitate seamless data flow across enterprise systems. - Analyze system performance metrics and implement continuous improvements to optimize data processing and management workflows. - Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to translate technical requirements into functional solutions that align with digital transformation initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in data management, system integration, or software development. - Proficiency in Salesforce CRM configuration, customization, and data management. - Experience in implementing or supporting AI and automation technologies in business applications. - Knowledge of API development, integration patterns, and middleware solutions. Additional Company Details: Experience with SFDC and SAP is preferred. Familiarity with machine learning models, intelligent agents, or cognitive services implementation is a plus. A background in process optimization and workflow automation using modern development tools will be beneficial. Experience with agile methodologies and collaborative development environments is desirable. Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices for maintaining data integrity is also valued.,
