Job Description

Core Role: Track, measure, and optimise based on analytics for a client based in the finance sector.


SEO / SMO Responsibilities:


SEO (Analytical Side):


  • Keyword tracking & ranking reports for campaign-related terms.
  • Monitor website/social traffic sources and CTR from organic posts.
  • Audit SEO health of linked content (landing pages, microsites, YouTube, etc.).
  • Suggest optimisation opportunities based on data.


SMO (Analytical Side):


  • Track engagement metrics (likes, shares, saves, CTR, impressions).
  • Run competitor benchmarking (how their content performs in search & social).
  • Generate monthly insights on which hashtags, content types, or posting times yield the best performance.
  • Recommend adjustments to improve campaign ROI.
  • Baseline Setup (Month 1):

     Establish key KPIs, dashboards, and benchmarks.
  • Monthly Reports:

  • Detailed analytics covering reach, impressions, engagement, CTR, follower growth, and SEO keyword performance.
  • Visual dashboards (charts, graphs) for client-facing reports.
  • Final 3-Month Report:

  • Comprehensive review of all digital media KPIs.
  • ROI & cost-benefit analysis of campaigns.
  • Strategic recommendations for scaling.
