SEO / SMO Responsibilities: SEO (Analytical Side): Keyword tracking & ranking reports for campaign-related terms. Monitor website/social traffic sources and CTR from organic posts. Audit SEO health of linked content (landing pages, microsites, YouTube, etc.). Suggest optimisation opportunities based on data. SMO (Analytical Side): Track engagement metrics (likes, shares, saves, CTR, impressions). Run competitor benchmarking (how their content performs in search & social). Generate monthly insights on which hashtags, content types, or posting times yield the best performance. Recommend adjustments to improve campaign ROI. Baseline Setup (Month 1): Establish key KPIs, dashboards, and benchmarks. Monthly Reports: Detailed analytics covering reach, impressions, engagement, CTR, follower growth, and SEO keyword performance. Visual dashboards (charts, graphs) for client-facing reports. Final 3-Month Report: Comprehensive review of all digital media KPIs. ROI & cost-benefit analysis of campaigns. Strategic recommendations for scaling.
