Digital Account Manager

As an Account Manager at our fast-paced agency, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and identifying opportunities for account growth. You will also be responsible for preparing and presenting reports, performance reviews, and new proposals to clients. Maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients and enhancing their satisfaction and retention will be a critical aspect of your role. Your ability to effectively manage multiple accounts and deadlines, coupled with your expertise in client servicing and upselling, will be vital for success in this position. To excel in this role, you must have at least 2-4 years of experience in a digital/creative agency.
