Job roles Responsibilities: Proven experience in assessing training needs and designing training programs, preferably in corporate set-up Knowledge of digital technologies, tools, e-learning and MOOC platforms, learning management systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and engage diverse stakeholders. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
