Senior Salesforce Business Analyst Location: Bengaluru/Remote Full time Experience Required: 10+ years as a Business Analyst, including 5+ years working on Salesforce projects About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Techno-Functional Salesforce Business Analyst to support our client in the non-profit sector using Salesforce NPSP3. The ideal candidate will combine strong business analysis expertise with Salesforce platform knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to bridge technical and business needs. This role requires someone who can engage with stakeholders, elicit and articulate requirements, facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage Jira/Confluence artifacts, produce high-quality documentation, and create clear process/workflow diagrams while also understanding Salesforce configuration and capabilities. Manage backlog refinement, sprint planning, and task tracking in Jira while ensuring requirements are well-defined and testable. Document business processes, decisions, and project artifacts in Confluence for organizational knowledge sharing. Actively participate in and facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives). Collaborate with Salesforce admins, developers, architects, and QA to ensure requirements are implemented correctly. Support UAT planning and execution by developing test scripts, coordinating stakeholder participation, and validating outcomes. Communicate effectively with US-based clients and stakeholders, demonstrating adaptability across time zones. Be a go-getter who drives discussions, resolves ambiguity, and ensures delivery timelines are met. Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of Business Analyst experience. 5+ years of Salesforce BA experience (with strong NPSP3 exposure preferred). Strong techno-functional background: ability to bridge business requirements with Salesforce functionality. Advanced process modeling and workflow diagramming skills using Visio (or similar tools such as Lucidchart, Draw.io). Proficiency with Jira (for user story management, backlog tracking) and Confluence (for documentation and collaboration). Excellent documentation skills (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, wireframes, data flow diagrams). Superior communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
