Job Description

As a DGM of Process Excellence specializing in Black Belt/Master Black Belt, you will play a crucial role in identifying processes for automation within the Digital Operations business unit. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparing business cases, project charters, automation assessments (RPA), business requirement documents (BRD), and use cases - Leading Six Sigma, LEAN, and VSM programs to drive efficiencies, quality, and business outcomes - Developing and implementing automation program plans to meet requirements, drive UAT, and ensure successful go-live - Ensuring the realization of target FTE benefits and business impacts through automation - Collaborating with operations and customers to build a validated line of sight for automation - Utilizing statistical models and forecasting techniques to predict volumes, capacity, customer behavior, and customer journey - Employing data aggregation and data mining techniques to provide insights through dashboards and reports - Overseeing project execution across multiple projects and taking corrective actions if necessary - Supervising project teams, managing client expectations, and reviewing key deliverables before client presentations - Providing both formal and informal coaching to client and internal teams - Leading proposal creation, effort estimates, pre-sales, post-sales support, and development of domain collaterals - Leveraging US/UK geography experience as an edge To be a successful candidate for this role, you must meet the following qualifications: - Project management experience in high-impact Six Sigma/Automation/Analytics projects - RPA automation life cycle management experience - Knowledge and usage of AI, GEN AI, and Agentic AI solutions or Point of Views - Master Black Belt certification from a reputed certifying body/organization (e.g., ASQ) or MBA from a prestigious institution like IIM A,B,C,L - Experience in the BFS domain and a reputed KPO, with exposure to Asset Management/F&A preferred - Minimum of 12 years of work experience with at least 10 years of relevant experience - Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills - Ability to independently develop solutions for complex business functionalities With 14+ years of experience in Black Belt/Master Black Belt certification, you will bring valuable expertise to the BPO/Digital Operations industry. Your educational background should include any graduation with any specialization for UG and any postgraduate degree for PG.,
